Bernie Rappaport has been playing for VLOC since its beginning (back in the last century). His "claim to fame" is that he was once in the US Army Field Band. He has played in the Paramount Jazz Orchestra, the Montgomery Philharmonic, and others too numerous to list. Lord knows how he ever found time to be chief of a public health pediatric dental clinic.
